About Our Owner
My name is Timber Turner and I’m the owner/inspector of Gem State Home Inspections. I’ve been a resident of CDA for over 30 years. I started Gem State Home Inspection in 2013, and inspected houses and commercial buildings around Coeur d Alene, Post falls, Hayden and surrounding areas. From 500 sq.ft. cabins on Hayden Lake to 7,000 sq.ft. mansions on lake Coeur d’Alene to manufactured houses and everything in between. Having inspected thousands of properties to date, I’ve seen a lot of unique places. Experience counts when you’re looking for a home inspector. I’m nationally board certified.
